Aerial photography is available for residential real estate, land surveying purposes, and commercial real estate listings.
Matterport virtual tours are available for residential real estate listings.
*Note Matterport is a service not a product, Matterport tour hosting is not permanent. Access to the tour is limited to while a property is initially available for sale or rent; once sold or rented the tour is archived. APW reserves the right to archive tours based on hosting availability needed at our discretion.
Archives are kept for a maximum of 1 year. To reinstate an archived property within 1 year a fee of $150 is charged.

Professional Photo Shoots
Are you like me? Do you just have a insatiable interest in all things automotive? If you are you probably have one, two, or maybe more vehicles in your collection. Some of them may be daily driven but I bet you might have at least one that’s special. Proudly be able to enjoy your favorite set of wheels when its parked out of view with a professional photo shoot.
You will receive a digital image set that you can use where ever you see fit. Professional prints can be arranged at additional cost.

Aerial Photography Services
Give prospective buyers a grand view from above of a piece of property by adding aerial photography to any photo shoot. Available as add an on or stand alone service. Expect approximately 7-15 photos from the sky depending on surrounding environmental factors.

Matterport Virtual Home Tours are an essential tool for marketing now more than ever. With our 360 degree cameras we are able to capture a space and put prospective buyers right inside the property allowing them to picture themselves standing in their new place to call home.

Floor Plans
Being able to display the layout and flow of a home from a technical point of view is just as important as from an artistic point of view. With a set of technical floor plans prospective buyers can get an immediate idea of the layout of a piece of property at a quick glance and picture how the square footage is being divided up.
Floor plans are digitally drawn and labeled with all of the relevant details such as room names, individual room dimensions, and scale for reference. Available in PDF, JPEG, and PNG formats for ease of sharing and uploading.

For vehicles we provide simple and clear shots that show all angles, interior shots, engine bay shots and a host of other details. Photos are shot during daylight hours for natural lighting source. A clean, visually appealing, and non distracting location can be determined upon consultation.
With a set of professional photos your ad will capture the right attention in an over crowded marketplace and allow a prospective buyer can finely inspect and come to a decision quicker.

A professional photo shoot of your vehicle is a perfect way to capture your ride.
Pro photo shoots include a consultation and planning stage to determine the theming and concept of how you would like your vehicle captured. These factors include location, time, season, lighting and specific details to highlight. No two shoots are alike so your session and photos will always be unique to you and your vehicle.
